Marcus Kim started managing stocks and funds during his graduate studies by exploiting the self-developed algorithmic trading program. He has long invested in applying quantitative and algorithmic trading models with his engineering colleagues, which led to the start of Qraft Technologies in 2016. He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University (SNU).
Francis Geeseok Oh is responsible for global sales and business development of innovative AI solutions powered by Qraft's cutting edge Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Geeseok has ten years of ETF business experience at ETF powerhouses such as Vanguard, Direxion, and Mirae Asset. At Vanguard, Geeseok Oh was Executive Director of Vanguard Investments Hong Kong Limited, responsible for its sales and business development in the Korean market. Before joining Vanguard, Geeseok developed Direxion's Asia business in Hong Kong, focusing on business development, capital markets, and product development for clients in the Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments as ETF and quant portfolio manager in Hong Kong.
Geeseok holds a BBA from Korea University and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He is a CAIA charter holder.
Kyu-Hwan Lee is an expert in IPOs and accounting. He worked in the IPO teams of Samsung Securities and Eugene Securities conducting a number of IPO deals. Prior to that, he performed accounting audits and financial advisory at Deloitte Anjin Accounting Firm. Kyu-Hwan graduated from Korea University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a certified public accountant in Korea.

Taehyung Huh is an expert in market analysis, specializing in providing business solutions for Qraft Technologies. Taehyung brings many years of experience in the trading industry and has worked with major capital market companies including EBEST Investment & Securities, Korea Investment & Securities, and KB Securities. During his career, he has been integral in bringing paradigm-shifting trading systems to the Korean market such as the Global One Market (trading of foreign stocks with Korean Won) and Algorithmic Trading System (an AI analyzes the market and makes orders). Taehyung holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Indiana University Bloomington.

Changick Kim has been in the banking industry for twelve years, with extensive experience in wealth management. Before joining Qraft, Changick was a Director at Carret Private Capital Limited, where he managed multi-asset portfolios for high-net-worth individuals. Changick has also held relationship management roles at EFG Bank and BNP Paribas. Changick received his Bachelor of Economics in Statistics from Korea University. Changick is a CAIA Charter holder.
Prior to joining Qraft, he took his role as a quant fund manager in Multi-Asset Global Investments. Thomas was previously in Dongbu Securities as a Quant Developer & Analyst. He also has experience in SK Communications as a Platform Server Programmer and Initech as a Public Key Infrastructure Server Programmer. He graduated from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology with, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Simon Lee, Managing Director, will look after Business Development efforts in the APAC from our Hong Kong office. Simon is a seasoned professional and leader in the investment and financial technology industries, with over 25 years of experience. He has worked in both the asset management firms (CSOP, SAFE - China's Sovereign Fund) as well as Fintech ones (Bloomberg, AQUMON).
A skilled professional with a background primarily in ETFs and Mutual Funds who has led pioneering work in idea generation, product development, and marketing. Simon also has keen interests in AI and Quantitative investments. Moreover, Simon is an accomplished presenter, particularly on asset allocation strategies.
Simon received his degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
Vincent Kim is the Managing Director and Head of Client Coverage for Qraft Technologies since 2024 with around 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to his current role, Vincent was Head of International Banking in the J.P. Morgan Seoul branch, responsible for the overall banking relationship with multinational clients of the commercial bank. Before joining J.P. Morgan in late 2014, Vincent was at Royal Bank of Scotland plc in Korea, where he worked in corporate trade sales and as a coverage banker for Korean corporates from 2011. Prior to that, Vincent was at ING Bank N.V., within the Asia Desk of Wholesale Banking as relationship manager covering subsidiary clients in the European region from 2007 to 2011.
